Wedding Packages

Here at REeLVIDEOS we like to keep your wedding day video as personal to you as we can, yet we understand that choosing what to have featured in your video can be confusing. To help you, we have three separate packages for you to choose from. Each however, can be changed into a solution that best suits you.

REeL Package1 - £420

  • Filming starts at the Church or venue one hour before the Bride arrives, capturing the Groom, Best Man, Brides Maids, Guests and Bride arriving.
  • Continuous filming throughout the day of the bridal march, vows and promises between the Bride and Groom.
  • The signing of the register and Guests after the ceremony throwing the confetti.
  • Filming outside the church or venue and capturing the arrival at the reception.
  • The Bride and Groom receiving their guests in the formal manner.
  • The Speeches including Father of the Bride, the Groom and Best Man.
  • Finally cutting the cake.

Please note that we do film wedding occasions smaller than REeL Package1; prices vary.

REeL Package2 - £510

REeL Package2 includes all of the REeL Package1 plus the following:

  • The Bride and Groom’s “first dance” will be filmed including dubbing of your chosen tune if required.
  • Greeting friends and other family members arriving at the evening reception.
  • Filming of the evening’s proceedings up to one hour after the first dance including the bride and groom’s interaction with guests.

REeL PAckage3 - £690

REeL Package3 includes all of the REeL Package2 and REeL Package1 plus the following:

  • The Bride and Groom’s preparations before the wedding in their respective homes.
  • Special introduction montage using early photographs of the bride and groom to produce a “growing up” sequence, plus your choice of music to accompany this sequence.

    Each of the REeL Packages includes the following:

    • The captured footage of the day is edited and cut to produce your final video. This includes adding effects, transitions and music.
    • Any one music track of your choice will be added in the editing process.
    • Ending sequence, showing the days highlights.
    • You will receive 3 Copies of your wedding video in your chosen format. (e.g. 1xDVD, 2xVHS or 2xDVD, 1xVHS etc.)
    • Each DVD or VHS tape is presented in a personalised case. The DVD will have a simple menu. (See DVD MENU OPTION EXTRAS)

REeL EXTRAS

There are a few EXTRA options for you to choose from should you wish:

DVD Menu* Option: - £85

This includes full DVD menus which allow you to select a scene from various points of your wedding day, also included is a Photo Gallery menu option which will allow you to view a slideshow of your best shots of the day (taken from stills off the captured video) this is accompanied by music and adds that extra special touch to your finished video. The whole DVD menu has your chosen music playing softly in the background.

*Please note that menu options are not available on VHS tape format, only DVD.

eXTRA Copies

  • £25 per DVD
  • £15 per VHS tape
  • £25 per Mini-DV tape

Terms & Conditions:

  • A non refundable/non transferable deposit of 100 pounds to be paid at the time of booking and the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.
  • Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of signed booking form together with deposit.
  • It is your responsibility to obtain permission to film in church and any costs incurred to be paid by you.
  • REeLVIDEOS cannot be held liable in respect of mechanical failure, power cuts or by an Act of God.
  • The cameraman to be given control of setting up and safety of equipment in preparation.
